In this course, the student will gain actionable techniques and best practices on how to protect their buyers in purchasing a previously flooded home; as well as, listing and promoting previously flooded homes. This session will explore how flooding and flood insurance plays a role in the value of a property. Additionally, we will discuss the important features of the NFIP policy every agent needs to know. You will be sent an email from Bob Brooks school with the instructions for the class-24 hours before the start of class.
