This 4-hour 2025 LREC Mandatory – Navigating the NEW NORMAL CE. This course describes the industry-wide changes brought about as a result of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) settlement. These legal challenges continue to evolve. This course provides Louisiana licensees with a brief overview of the settlement, it is primarily designed to help them understand the “New Normal” in working with buyer clients, how compensation is managed, and how to adjust their client interactions accordingly.
