Kay Billiot is the Sponsoring Broker for Engel & Völkers Slidell Mandeville, overseeing brokerage operations in both Louisiana and Mississippi. Licensed in both states, Kay stepped into the Sponsoring Broker role in 2026 after years of experience as a successful Real Estate Advisor and leader within the shop. She is also a co-owner of Engel & Völkers Slidell Mandeville.

Kay began her real estate career after relocating from Golden Meadow to the Slidell area, joining ABEK Real Estate, now Engel & Völkers, as Administrative Vice President. Through that role, she developed a comprehensive understanding of brokerage operations, compliance, contracts, and transaction management.

Her leadership today reflects both operational expertise and firsthand experience serving buyers and sellers. As Sponsoring Broker and co-owner, Kay is committed to maintaining high professional standards while supporting advisors and protecting clients throughout every transaction.
