Things you will need to complete your NABOR Application

Thank you for your interest in joining The Northshore Area Board of REALTORS^®!

Agents are always welcome to personally visit the NABOR office but for your convenience, the application has been redesigned to be completed online.

Complete all items below and be ready to scan and upload copies of both your driver's license AND your real estate or appraisers license.

After an agent completes and provides all needed items, a new NRDS number will be issued. Until then, just leave the NRDS line below blank. If you have an old or existing NRDS number from a former or other association please provide that. Remember this is NOT your license number.

Allow at least 1-2 business days for your application to be processed. You will receive an email when this is completed.

If you are a new agent, your online course certificate of the National Association of REALTORS^® Code of Ethics will have to be submitted after the course is completed. You may complete this initial Code of Ethics course free of charge at REALTOR.org. Your MUST supply your certificate to NABOR at office@nabors.org.

Application for MLS service can only be made after agents complete all steps including, application, payment of dues and completion of Code of Ethics. NABOR will issue a Letter of Good Standing directly to the MLS provider after all steps are completed.
