This course will cover how the surge in prices have created an affordability gap and explain how having access to Federal and State programs can help close that gap for buyers looking for affordable housing. We’ll look at the rules for applying for these programs\, as well as the benefits of alternative solutions like modular homes and clearing titles for blighted property. You will be sent an email from Bob Brooks school with the instructions for the class-24 hours before the start of class. The Course Instructor is Brent Lancaster.
