We will discuss the LREC updates to the Residential Purchase Agreement in Louisiana. This course covers the differences that exist between the old and the new Residential Purchase Agreement and the responsibilities of the agent when completing this form. Finally, this course will review essential elements of a valid contract, focusing on Listing and Purchase Agreements in detail. You will be sent an email from Bob Brooks school with the instructions for the class-24 hours before the start of class. The Course Instructor is Brent Lancaster.
